  A doctor who regards the whole person when diagnosing. You never feel belittled with your opinion. Listens doesnt look at his computer.

  I made an appointment today to see the doctor at 10:45am. We arrived early. We sat waiting patiently until 11:20am and I then asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be. She responded by saying that she did not know and could not tell me and that there was still another patient,an elderly lady, that was booked in for an appointment at 10:30am.. I asked her (the receptionist)if she could please ask the doctor how much longer he would be and was told by her a blatant and outright,NO. I was attending the doctors as my ex partner had abused me the night before. I had severe swelling to my finger and the ring was starting to cut off circulation. I also had a massive bruise to my cheek and pain,bruising and swelling on my eye. This did not matter to the staff at this surgery. I am also a local and attend this clinic regularly. Also if I am ever going to need a longer appointment,I am asked to double book so this type of thing does not happen. The same should go for everyone. This is disgraceful.
